Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that an already planned vacation cannot take place. In such a case, you can cancel the booking in accordance with the cancellation conditions below*

Cancel by:

14 days before the start of the booking: Cancellation free of charge and full refund of any deposits paid*.

8-13 days before the start of the booking: We charge 50% of the rental price, any deposits paid will be refunded proportionately*.

7 days before the start of the booking: We charge 70% of the rental price, any deposits paid will be refunded proportionately*.

If you cancel on the day of the planned start of the booking, the rental price must be paid in full*.

*The assembly and cleaning fee will of course not be charged in the event of cancellation.

The statutory right of withdrawal shall not be affected by a cancellation. If you cancel within the statutory period of 14 days, you will not incur any costs.
