Do I have to pay cancellation fees?

Whether cancellation fees apply depends on when you cancel your booking:

• 14 days before the booking start date: Free cancellation and a full refund of any payments made.
• 8–13 days before the booking start date: 50% of the rental price will be charged, and any payments made will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• 7 days before the booking start date: 70% of the rental price will be charged, and any payments made will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• On the day of the scheduled booking start: The full rental price must be paid.
