How do I know the correct parts for my vehicle have been assigned to my order?
A lot of people wonder after booking whether the right parts for their car will be ready on collection day. It's a fair question, and the answer is yes, we sort that out beforehand.
The carrier in your booking confirmation is a placeholder for now. Which mounting kits and carrier parts suit your vehicle, we assign manually once your order comes in, based on the vehicle details you provided when booking. That's why it isn't already in the confirmation automatically.
As soon as we've done that, the parts appear in your order status. The link is in your confirmation email. As a rule the assignment is visible within 24 hours.
