The CFX2 28 is a true compressor cool box that works like a mini fridge. It cools independently of the outside temperature and reaches down to –22 °C. That means you can keep drinks cold and also transport frozen food.
Power supply: The box runs on 12 V/24 V (car cigarette lighter socket) and on 230 V (household socket). Both cables are included.
Power consumption: In continuous operation on 12 V, roughly 0.5–0.8 A (at 5 °C inside, 25 °C outside). It can run for several hours on the cigarette lighter with the engine off; for a full day we recommend 230 V or an additional battery pack.
What fits inside: Four 1.5 L bottles upright, supplies for a weekend trip for 2 people, medication that needs cooling.
Who the 28 L model is not suited for: A cool box for a whole family on a longer trip (choose the CFX3 35 instead), or very large bottles over 42 cm tall.
